Not really sure why. The samething happened last week. I have to be doing something wrong here. So i fished with Cable press downs 120 10 reps 120 9 reps With all the cardio i have been doing my shins are really sore so i figured i would take my HIIT session of this afternoon and rest up.Made some strength gains here and there which is always a good thing.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Went for another run outside although it was much much colder this morning at around 25 degrees.Although it wasnt to bad since the wind wasnt blowin at all.I went about 45 minutes.The rest of the day is an off day and depending on how my legs are tomorrow i will do some morning cardio once again.

I beleive this is what contributed to my lost reps on most exercises. I was also kinda goin through the motions till i got to the Dips then i kinda kicked it into another gear.This is why i added in the pec deck and the pushups at the end.I figured i wasnt doing the cardio after lifting anyway and i felt really good so i added a few sets to the end to finish my workout off. I started running more often so i will be burning more cals then i used to during cardio so i dropped the HIIT after lifting on Mondays Thur and Fri's. Although i will see this week if the bf loss is still kinda slow i will add it back in.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Went for a run this morning and took a different route.Ended up going about 48-49 minutes.Seemed much longer because of the long straight aways.Felt like i went over an hour:zoom: I dont really enjoy running much but doing this early in the morning outside while its still dark and quiet is kinda peaceful. This afternoon i have quads and hammies.:nosthumbs

I have ran every morning since last Fri.I usually only run one day on the weekends and usually power walk 2-3 times a week but lastweek i ran on Sat and Sun mostly because i had nothing to do. ![]() Plus i noticed my workouts been taking a dive on Thur and Fri lately.And since i dropped my cals another 200 or so a day this week i figured i would get alittle extra rest and then hit the weights hard this afternoon. Then IF i have extra energy aftwards i would do some HIIT after weights. Today i have shoulders and tri's

I will continue with this for one more week.If i continue to lose strength next week then i will cut back on the cardio alittle. I wanna lose the bf but i sure dont wanna lose alot of muscle mass in the process.

Weight 223 Bf% 20.7 Its slowly creeping down to below 20.:fingersxd Hopefully i can get that in 2 weeks. This afternoon i have back traps and calves.
