Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey All, im new to this journal thing so...anyways some info about me im 20/m/Indiana 6'0 & 135lbs and my goals are gain alot of muscle mass & get upto 160lbs - 185lbs & i hate bein skinny too lol but anyways i did my frist day of the workout program today so..here it is Week 1, Chest & Triceps - 5 mins warm up on elliptical Incline Bench Press, 1. 50lbs & 7 reps 2. 50lbs & 6 reps 3. 50lbs & 6 reps Incline Dumbbells Flyes, 1. 15lbs & 7 reps 2. 15lbs & 6 reps 3. 15lbs & 6 reps Flat Bench Press, 1. 50lbs & 6 reps 2. 50lbs & 6 reps 3. 50lbs & 6 reps Flat Dumbbells Flyes, 1. 15lbs & 6 reps 2. 15lbs & 6 reps 3. 15lbs & 6 reps Triceps, Triceps Pushdowns, 1. 30lbs & 6 reps 2. 30lbs & 5 reps 3. 30lbs & 6 reps Dumbbells Kickbacks, 1. 15lbs & 6 reps 2. 15lbs & 6 reps 3. 15lbs & 6 reps if u want ask me anything or wanna help me out that will be awesome too

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | You need to do warm-ups if you are going close to failure with the weight and reps. |
