Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Alright - haven't been here too long but wanted to start a log to watch my increases and motivate myself. Looking to bulk for 3-4 months - then cut down on body fat. I started lifting again after a 2 year break - so these are my weights after 2 months of back in the gym... I won't give a day by day - but will update every week with my weight and current lifts. Stats Age - 21 Height - 6'2" Weight - 240ish Measurements - will have to get this week at the gym - will update later. My workouts- Does vary quite a bit but this is the norm. Monday - Shoulders/Traps Tuesday - Bi's/Back/Calves Wendesday - Chest/Tri's Thursady - Squats/Deads/overall legs Friday - Off Saturday - Chest/Tri's/Bi's Sunday - Squats/Deads/overall legs These are my max's when I got back into the gym 2 months ago... 1-2-06 (Exercise - weight x reps) DB Shoulder Press - 50x4 Shrugs - 180x2 Calve Raises - 135x4 DB Curls - 35x5 DB Bent over Row - 60x4 DB Bench press - 60x4 Bench Press - 185x2 Overhead Db Extensions - 60x6 Squats - 185x4 Deads - 200x2 2-9-06 Weights as of last week!!! (Exercise - weight x reps) DB Shoulder Press - 80x4 Shrugs - 270x6 Calve Raises - 160x6 DB Curls - 45x6 DB Bent over Row - 90x4 DB Bench Press - 110x4 Bench Press - 260x2 Overhead DB Extensions - 120x6 Squats - 275x4 Deads - 275x4 (No Grip) So I have made massive progress in the last 2 months. I have noticed a huge difference in size - My arms/back/chest have gotten noticeably larger and I look forward to lifting every day! Right now I take ON Whey Protien Shakes and Glutamine. I will report again next week with gains and max's!! |

| Pink Members | dude you obviously seem to be making serious progress over the last few months...way to go! keep up the fanfreakintastic progress! any inclination to switch up those leggie workouts to really hit the different muscle groups? ie. squats...lunges and a lighter higher rep hammie exercise like SLDL or laying leg Curls for quad dominant day and deads plus Leg curls combined with perhaps front squats for the quad accessory on the hip/hammie dominant day? i know everyone is different but i really REALLY love the BGB program! heh! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for the kind words!! I'm not really a noob in the sense of the word - Like I said I have done quite a bit of lifting before. Although this is the first time back in a long time and the first time i've been going for strictly gaining mass - so I guess I'm kinda a newb.... Either way I am very happy with my progress so far and can only hope the gains continue the way they have been. I do switch my legs up quite a bit - Ever 2 - 3 weeks I throw in something different and switch them up. Lungs and leg curls are usually incorporated in my "overall leg" days. I'll get measurements next week and throw up any new numbers I can get..... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Alright - this week went well. Started keeping much better track of my diet with an online journal. Chest day tonight - I plan to start using a strict 5x5 for the next 3 weeks to try and get my bench up more. I'll give a weight run down early next week with any gains! |
