weight in lbs and Snatch Squat? You mean Overhead squat or Squat Snatch (aka full snatch)

and 15mins for the entire workout?

man, seriously, by the time I get to squats in my workout, its been 2-2.5hrs.

Yeah, it was basically no rest...between exercises we'd jog out to get a drink but that's about it.

Thoughts
Tired as hell from today's workout. I was already gassed from practice, and the lifting just made me even more gassed, but oh well. It's the life of a college athlete I suppose. At least we had more time for our workout today.
