| Pro Stature | Tested yesterday on all my speed and agility drills...needless to say it went horrible, I almost overslept and was in a shitty frame of mind, I've already gotten my ass chewed over it. I'm extremely disappointed in myself for putting up bad numbers, and more than anything just pissed and fighting the urge to bang my head against the wall until I see blood. Oh well...I guess that's motivation for ya. That's about all I have to report, I plan on going to lift very light here soon, so I'll put something up on that.

| Pro Stature | Hey DF, thanks for the encouragement bro And don't worry, I plan on doing just that!Had a light workout today, did 8 exercises with light weights, mostly to give my body some rest. Workout Bench Press 10x165 8x175 6x185 Squat 10x195 8x205 6x215 Standing BB Military 10x95 8x105 6x115 Deadlift ![]() 10x205 8x215 6x225 Rope Pushdowns 10x40 8x45 6x50 Lat Pulldowns 10x80 8x90 6x100 Stiff-Leg Deadlift ![]() 10x135 8x145 6x155 DB Curls 10x20 8x25 6x30 Comments: Well, today was the first time I did legit deadlifting in about 4 years, and the first time I did SLDL in about 7 years. The deadlifting weight was easy, so I'm definitely pleased with that, as was the SLDL weight. These next two weeks are all about honing and perfecting my form. On squats, I usually go below parallel, but today I decided to go honest-to-God A2G with my weight as light at it was, and it honestly felt great. I plan to keep weights light over the next two weeks and really working hard on having perfect form.

| Pro Stature | Thank you Al! Had a good, quick, light workout today. Decent focus on cardio, only went on the eliptical though, to give my shins more of a rest. Workout Bench Press 10x175 8x185 6x195 Squat 10x205 8x215 6x225 Standing BB Military 10x100 8x110 6x120 Rope Pushdowns 10x45 8x50 6x55 Calf Raises 10x190 8x200 6x210 Eliptical - As close to HIIT for 15 minutes Comments: That HIIT was tiring, but nowhere near as killer as it could have been on a treadmill. But, that's the way these two weeks are supposed to be, time for my body to cool down. Lifting went well. Nice, slow, controlled motions. Nothing really challenging in here, which is just what I wanted. Going A2G again on squats still feels great too ![]()

| Pro Stature | Took it easy today, did 10 minutes on the bike for a warm-up, stretched, then did 20 minutes on the eliptical. I will probably do about the same thing tomorrow.

| Pro Stature | Quick little workout today, but it went well. Starting to up the intensity a touch. Workout Deadlift 10x225 8x235 6x245 Lat Pulldown 10x85 8x95 6x105 Stiff-Leg Deadlift 10x145 8x155 6x165 DB Curls 10x25 8x30 6x35 DB Shrugs 10x50 8x55 6x60 30-minute circuit course on eliptical Thoughts:I thought the workout went extremely well today. Just another nice, slower session without huge volume to get my form perfected. Everything was fairly easy for the most part which was nice...other than the eliptical, I pushed it for that On a final note, I should hopefully be off the eliptical next week and outside running, which should be nice.

| Pro Stature | Well, another day and not a ton new to add. I did 30 minutes of interval training on the eliptical on an empty stomach at a much more frantic pace than yesterday, and then just jogged a mile (slow as hell) to test out and see how my shins were feeling. Very little pain...next week I'm going to jog a mile slowly a couple of times and then a week from Sunday the "fun" begins. Probably going to ride the bike tomorrow...I have an exam at 7 p.m. and will need a study break at some point.

| Pro Stature | Well, pulled an all-nighter, but had a lot of caffeine at about 5 a.m., got an insane caffeine buzz around 7, at 8 went and lifted, now here I am. Workouts Bench Press 10x185 8x195 6x205 Squats 10x215 8x225 6x235 Standing Military 10x105 8x115 6x125 Rope Pushdown 10x50 8x55 6x60 Calf Raises 10x195 8x205 6x215 Comments: Random workout, felt slightly off from no sleep but still felt good intensity in there. I was at about 75% of normal intensity, next week it's all go. I skipped cardio because I was absolutely gassed. That said, it is now almost 9 a.m., and I am going to bed. G'nite all! P.S. - **** exams

Final workout at moderate intensity before the hardcore stuff starts Sunday. I felt GREAT during this whole workout, including the bike ride, so hopefully that's a good omen ![]()

| Pro Stature | Well, today our summer program began in whole. 12 weeks of this before we report to camp and make our march towards the NCAA National Championship. Today was a light day, just a way to say hello. I ran 2.1 miles in 20 minutes, which was short of my goal of 2.125 miles (8.5 laps). I run this again on Wednesday, and I need to improve on it. I would like to be able to get 2.2 miles on Wednesday. We are doing these 20 minute runs until June 20th, and I would like to be getting 2.5 miles by then, so that is my goal. Tomorrow, I have the lifting, and for cardio I'm going to take a bike ride.
