-Workout went fine today. I ate my diet 100%
-Still need to find an alternative to the PB

Notes:
-Ate my diet 100%
-I havent had a cheat meal yet and wanted a pizza for lunch but none of the pizza shops opened until the evening so I had to stick with my diet.

Thursday 9/06/05

Thursday-Legs:

Front squats - 3 sets x 6 - 8:
20lbs x 10
30lbs x 10
50lbs x 3 sets of 6

Hack squat - 2 sets x 6 - 8:
50lbs x 3 sets of 6

Stiff legged deadlift - 4 sets x 6 - 8:
80lbs x 4 sets of 8


Notes:
-I didnt up my weights this week even though I stated that I would try and increase them by 5lbs every week, I think this is too much so I'll keep at the same weight for a little while until I feel its possible to increase the weights.
-I'll work my squat up but would really prefer to increase it once I get at a proper gym.
-No further luck with the gym membership as of yet. My birthday isnt until July 21st but I'll make an equiry soon.
-Ate my diet 100% again today.
-Workout lasted about 35 mins.
-I havent trained my abs or calfs in weeks and am wondering what day it would be best to train these on.
-For abs I would usually do 2 x 20 situps with 20lbs above my head. Then 2 x 20 sidebends with 20lbs DB. I also do 2 x 20 leg raises.
-For calfs I usually do 3 sets 6 - 8 BB calf raises.

I would try to get more equipment but I could probably have the gym membership cheaper and also I'm a bit tight for space at home.

I'm going to give the gym a call now to find out prices.

I went to the Doctors today about the left side of my chest.

Since I started BB'ing almost 4 months ago now by BF% has gone up quite a bit and the left side of my chest has gotten bigger than the right. It seems to be storing more fat at the bottom of it.

My nipple has been tender on that side now for about 2 months or so. Its painful to touch and if I press down on it, it feels lumpy and hard underneath and just around the nipple.

The Doc took a look and said its probably an infection so he's given me a course of antibiotics to take for a week and he's sending me to see a specialist.

Probably a stupid question but, how will my high protein intake affect these antibiotics.

Also anybody else experienced a tender chest and sore nipples or enlarged chest.

What do you think it might be?

The Doc said its an 'infection' but they always tell you some crap like that when they're not sure and give you some antibiotics.

Are you talking any prohormones or steroids? Your chest sounds like gyno if you are. How old are you?

I'm not taking a single thing.

I just eat my food and drink my weigh

My left breast has gotten bigger since my BF% has gone up but I'm not sure if that is directly related.

About 2 - 3 years ago the same nipple was sore for about 5 or so months but I dont remember feeling any lumps under it.

This time I can feel a hard area underneath the nipple.

When I push down on the right side there is nothing there, I'm almost poking my ribs underneath.

The left nipple often looks a slight bit bigger than the right at times.

Any suggestions?

It could be anything from a deeply ingrown infected hair to gynecomastia. Your doctor is your best bet for finding out exactly which. I did notice in your pics that your left pec (don't call them breasts your not a woman ) is definately larger and more puffy. This is not related to your bodybuilding it's your genetic predisposition. I'm not going to try to diagnose you over the internet I'm not qualified but once you do find out exactly what is going on we can offer you suggestions that have worked for others. To answer your previous question high protein content will have no effect on your antibiotics. The only possible problem that may occur is if the prescribe an anti-b that doesn't allow you to take dairy products with it. The you will have to alter your diet to meet your protein requirements.

Hey thanks DarkFalcon

I'm back for another appointment on wednesday.

My course of anitbiotics only run for a week so we'll see what he has to say. Also I have the xray to take which should hopefully give some good results.

It seems this just came about since my BF% increased. Even though I had soreness in the same nipple a few years ago I didnt feel that hard lumpy stuff underneath.

Its not so bad as if my pec is really big but whatever, I'd like to get it sorted.

tbh it sounds to me like gyno, and u can get this naturally often during puberty but u can get it at other times also

40% of all males have gyno to different degrees and we all have some breast tissue - hence males can get breast cancer

-I wasnt as fluent today with the shoulder presses as I had been last week.
-Bench went up although its not one of my favourite exercises for chest. I prefer incline DB.
-The cardio was good this morning. I took some bread and was feeding the birds on my way around the park Wish I had a water gun!!!
