Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | New log time now. I am not even close to following BFS anymore. I will be following Spytech's Hybrid Strength and Hypertrophy Training. It looks like an amazing program. I will be doing this for a while till I achieve my goal physique or I no longer see gains. A little about myself. I am 17. I have been training for about a year and a half. A majority of that time I walked around aimlessly doing a few sets of everything. I saw minor gains and for the last half year have been serious. My numbers are still pathetic. I am a recovering non leg trainer. My squat is still pathetic but hopefully through the end of this program it will be up to respectable. Intrests are cars, bodybuilding, electronics, and eating/sleeping. Height: 5' 11" Weight: 175 Estimated BF: 11% (Trying to get this down) I will update this frequently. I will post my first workout on Monday hopefully depending on work and school. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Cool. Whats your diet look like? I would love to see a corresponding public fitday log. I would think with the intense nature of this routine a well balanced diet is in order. what do you think? Just a thought. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I'll consider it. Time permitting though. As I work now and have school it may be hard to maintain. |
