Wow, the weights are going up now. Hmmm.... could it be the Jungle Warfare? I started Jungle Warfare 9 days ago.

You may remember that 6 days ago, I was able to get about 6 reps with 30 lbs on each side of the barbell for barbell bench, before it started to get tight and a uncomfortable.

Tonight, just 6 days later, I did 10 reps with 35's on both sides, and then went up and knocked out 2 easy sets with 45's on both sides.

Yes, up over 30 lbs on bench press in just 6 days.

Not only that, but 6 days ago I was doing my dumbbell side laterals with 10 lb dumbbells.

Tonight, I did three sets of 8 with 20 lb dumbbells. That's double the weight in 6 days.

Finally, 6 days ago I did behind the neck Military Press for the first time since my surgery. I was only able to do the bar and 10 lbs on each side.

Tonight I did 3 sets of 6-8 with 25's on both sides. That's up 30 lbs on another exercise in just 6 days.

Hmmmm. Certainly I'm expecting my strength to get better and better every week, but the Jungle Warfare is definitely NOT hurting anything..... I can say that For Sure!

Definitely a good workout tonight!

Thanks FnF!... although, that's actually one area where I have lost the most size.. both biceps and triceps. They will look a LOT better in a few months.
I appreciate the compliment though!

Does it feel wierd to flex your pec after the injury? I remember trying to walk on my leg after they took the cast off and I had to totally relearn the most simple tasks. You look good for having to lay off for so long

Thanks bro.

No, it doesn't really feel wierd. It doesn't even hurt at all to flex.

It does feel a little wierd to actually work chest with free weights though because I can feel the tension on the tendon much more than when flexing or when using the machines to train. It doesn't really hurt, I'm just very aware of it.

THat's good. I am still feeling a little bit of irritation in my thigh but I think it should be just fine. I just try not to overdo it on the leg exercises that cause unwanted pain.

Lookin good Sensei Glad to see you are back at the Free weights. I see your noticing that the weights are feeling light, just refrain from overdoing it to early. (yes, I'm giving you advice)

Thanks bro.

You're doing great. Just remember, one of the hardest parts about the mass building plan is eating the food! The training is tough, but it's much easier with the proper calories and macros coming in. It's eating them consistently that's the hardest part for most people!

Oh believe me I have found out what "EAT" means lately. It is getting easier to eat all of the food and I have been adding some here and there between meals because I am actually getting hungry more often. So have you been looking at my log? what do you think?

Yes, I have been following the log.
Consistency is the key.

Rather than trying to add extra in right now, just be sure to get in what is on the plan. I actually don't want you adding in a lot of extra calories at this point, because we need to have somewhere to go from here.

Focus on getting the meals in as designed, at the right times, and then when time comes that we need to add in additional calories we will.

I realize it's just been a few days so there really isn't a lot that can be determined yet. Once you've been consistently following the plan for 2-3 weeks, we will really get a better idea of things are going.

Keep up the good work!

Oh NO I knew I shouldn't be adding any of my own stuff to the plan. Crap sorry
:bshot: I will stick to the plan from now on. (Hangs head in shame)

I have to share these pics taken tonight with you guys.

My body really started growing and responding in the last 3 weeks, and especially this week.

In the past 3 days I have actually had three people ask me if I was getting ready for a show. Now, I am not really anywhere near that level in my recovery, but the changes in the past three weeks have blown me away.

I don't think it's any coincidence that I started using Jungle Warfare 27 days ago. Honestly though, during the first two weeks I felt a big jump in libido and felt very good, but I didn't see any remarkable changes in physique.

However, this week things started changing daily. Every single day this week I have been bigger and fuller than the day before. My delts are rounding out again and my arms are filling back out... everything has just accelerated suddenly.

These pictures really don't even do justice to how I looked in the gym tonight, because I was already cold by the time I took them. But, you can still see the changes from just 3 weeks ago pretty well!

Check them out!

Taken earlier tonight after returning home from the gym:

Notice the change in thickness in my arms and delts.
This was where I actually lost the most size after my surgery.

In this pic you can really see the change in the lateral delts bi's and tri's!

Wooo Hooo! I'm on my way back!
