Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Hey Everyone, I'm currently 2 weeks into my latest mass building phase, and I've decided to keep track of my progress from now through next March in this log, with pictures. Rather than posting every workout, I'm going to post monthly updates with my stats, pictures, etc. I'll also post weekly or daily updates as I reach milestones or as I have new info to share. I'll take measurements and bodyfat readings around the first of each month and post in my log. My current goal is to be around 200 - 205 at about 10 - 12 % bodyfat, around the first of March for the Arnold Classic. I'll begin cutting for a late summer show after that. I may also substitute whole wheat pancakes with whey protein mix, and sugar free syrup, and/or a 6-8 egg white omelet with chopped vegetables and fat free cheese in the mornings. Training Program Monday - Off Tuesday - Chest / Shoulders / Abs - 30 Mins Cardio ( Treadmill ) Wednesday - Off Thursday - Biceps / Triceps / Abs - 30 Mins Cardio ( Treadmill ) Friday - Off Saturday - 30 Mins Cardio ( Treadmill ) - If Necessary depending on bodyfat % Sunday - Back / Legs - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Thanks everyone for the great responses! Ghosting, in street clothes, you would never think I was 200 lbs. I look a lot bigger in the gym than I do walking around in "regular life". Funny how clothes make such a big difference. Aftershock, thanks man. I'm proud to only use legal, over the counter supplements. I've got absolutely nothing against those who choose to use other things, but it's just a choice I made a long time ago. I'll never look like Ronnie Coleman, but hopefully I can continue to progress and get keep getting better using only legal supps. LOL, Apootheosis, I think the reason you see so many guys wearing shirts like that is that it's hard to find off the rack clothes that fit properly. I prefer to wear tanks when training, but when I buy an off the rack tank or stringer shirt... if it's big enough to fit me, the arm holes are usually down to my waist. It's a lot easier to take a T-shirt and cut it up so it fits. Thanks again everyone. I'll be posting my diet plan and training program for this training phase a little later this morning. - EME
