Congrats EME!
I LOVE following your threads...simply motivational!
As you often point out, too many people (me included sometimes) simply forget just how much work it takes at the dinner table to add serious mass.
IMO, eating is by far the hardest part of bulking, lifting heavy is easy in comparison!

Oh, and love the leopard skin rug

Hey Andrew.

Yeah, eating is definitely one of the toughest parts. I have people at work who are dieting and trying NOT to eat, and they give me the strangest looks when I say I have to eat again.

I had one lady about fall out of her chair when I said I had 5 more pounds to gain. LOL. They really don't get it.

I think, they think the huge bodybuilders they see on TV were just born big like that.

Anyway... thanks for following my thread bro!

Right now, my waist is about where it was when I finished bulking last year.. and I'm 15 pounds heavier than I was then.. so that's really good.

But, I really don't want my waist to get much bigger.

I think what I'll probably have to do one of these days is take long enough off from competing so that I can bulk more slowly and try to keep my bodyfat lower.

This year, I'm on a short time table to gain as much as I can before the first of the year... and as a result I'm right about at the limit of the amount of fat I want to gain too.

I bet next year I hit 215-220 offseason though! :bigthumbu

if you gain 15 lbs every of season in 4 more years you can be 300 lbs :p

Hey Trick. Thanks!

I don't know.... I'm reaching the edge of what I will accept in terms of bodyfat.

I'll measure again next week.. but I estimate I'm around 11-12%.

I have no problem with that, because my original goal was to be at 200 and 12% bodyfat by Jan. 1. So, I'm over a month ahead of schedule.

I'm going to keep my food intake like it is, but add in about 2-3 30 min cardio sessions per week now. That will slow down my gains a bit... but I should still hit at least 205 by the first of the year.

Thanks again D!

Quick update for the week so far.

Morning weight sitting right at 200-201 every day.

I'm back on schedule now after the holiday week last week. My gym changed it's hours for the rest of the holidays, and somehow I didn't get the memo. LOL.

I showed up on Sunday evening about 6:00 PM to do my 10 sets of squats workout, and the gym was closed. :rmad:

It turns out they are closing at 6:00 on Saturday, and 5:00 on Sunday throughout the holidays, and will return to normal hours after the 1st of the year. ( 8:00 PM Weekend closing time )

So, I missed one of my leg workouts this week. But, I'm back on schedule now and will get everything knocked out this week.

Haha.. I hear ya bro.

I'm actually looking forward to the cutting diet again....

On a side note.... I did call Kendra into the bathroom this morning to show her that I do in fact still have my top 4 abs still visible... :bigthumbu
( she's been kidding me about looking like Santa Claus )

The lower abs on the other hand... well, they haven't been visible for some time. *D

Weight holding steady right about 200.

Usually 197-198 first thing in the morning, 200-201 in the afternoon.

I had some really great workouts this week.

My chest injury has healed up completely and I'm now able to hit it hard and heavy again.

I'm still staying away from Incline bench for now, as this was how I injured it to begin with, but I'm able to hit the dumbbells full strength now.

Today I started taking my fat burners again.

I have been off of all thermos since August, giving my body a chance to deaclimate from them, but I'm ready to start up again now.

My bodyfat is now about 12%, which is as high as I want to go. This is an educated guess, I'll measure in another week or so.

I'm going to continue with my diet as normal, but just add in my thermos, and a couple cardio sessions per week to make sure my bodyfat doesn't go up any higher.

Now is probably a good time to go over my current supplementation plan:

Anabolic

X-Factor - 1000mg - 4 gelcaps daily

Fat burners:

Legal Gear LipoXene EF ( 3 caps, 3 Times per day)
Legal Gear Lipo Assassin ( 3 caps, 3 Times per day)
SAN T3 ( 1 cap, 3 Times per day )
Ephedrine HCL ( 25mg, 3 Times per day )

Protein

ON 100% Whey 2-3 times daily

Creatine / NO2

Get Diesel NOS Ether - Pre workout and Post workout

Pre workout Stim

Get Diesel Diesel Fuel - 4 caps Pre workout
