Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Well guys, I'm happy to report I'm back and better than ever. Went to bed early last night and woke up today feeling great. Not only that, but I am now at my ALL TIME heaviest weight. :rave: Morning Weight Today: 192.5 Took a quick arm measurement because they were looking bigger, and they are now 16 3/8 up 1/8 from the beginning of the month. ( That's a 1.375 inch increase since June 1st ) Top 4 abs are still visible, but definitely putting on fat in the lower abs. Still have visible striations in my shoulders, visible veins throughout my upper and lower body, good separation in my quads, triceps, etc. Also... I wanted mention that I am starting my Mass Building Phase X-Factor Cycle Today. Yeah!... I'm at my ALL TIME Biggest today! ![]() - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Hey guys, Quick update: Morning weight has been consistently at 193 for the past few days. I'm seeing some real size increase in my shoulders lately. Legs are coming along well too. It's measurement time again, so hopefully I'll have time to do that tonight. Pictures will have to wait until next week, as tonight will be my last day in the gym until after the arm blitz, and it's usually too crowded to take pics in there on Mon-Wed. After Wed our gym turns into a ghost town, and it's great for taking pics. I've definitely added some fat since the last measurements.. but as I've said all along, that's OK as long as I'm adding good muscle with it. I estimate my bodyfat is probably around 11% right now.. but I could be off. My shoulders and chest are still pretty lean.. visible striations in my shoulders when training, and still good seperation everywhere, but my waist and lower back area has really thickened up. That's the main place I put on fat. Anyway... looking forward to the Arm Blast on Saturday! I'll check in again with new measurements and pics as soon as I have them. - EME

I thought this was a log of my progress LOLMy goal is to get as big as I can by Jan 1, while keeping my bodyfat in a range that will allow me to get where I need to by contest time... so basically no higher than 13-14% max... Every month along the way I'm posting measurements and pics to document my progress. I honestly am not training for strength at this point, so the reps and weights I'm using each workout are really not something I feel necessary to log. I don't think anyone really cares how many reps I got on dumbbell press yesterday.. but people do seem to be interested in my overall progress toward my goal of gaining as much mass as possible by the end of the year. So... I'll continue with posting my monthly updates and measurements, and posting weekly summaries of my progress and other updates whenever I reach new levels or have something else to share. - EME Quote:

For me, Arm-Ageddon this weekend was a big success. http://ironmass.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3739 Bi's are currently over 1/2 inch bigger than they were 3 days ago.
