Well I missed two days of updating, I still did chest and abs, just had no time to update as abs was finished at 12.02am and I had to get to bed, and chest was completed only 40minutes before my hockey game started..


But here's leg day!

Time- 9.47 to 10.27
1) Squat
Warmup- 12x0/10x75/6x100/5x120
Heavy- 6x170/6x170/6x170

2) Reverse Hypers
10x0 (done on ball, have to hold my legs up high longer next week)

3) SLDL
Warmup- 5x150
Heavy- 6x200/6x200

bah I missed a bunch of workouts because I had an exam (history) yesterday. Got 5 hours of sleep between wed-thurs, and got 3 hours thurs-fri studying. But I'm back in the gym today...Shoulders:
