Barbell split squat (each side) 135x3 185x6 205x4 Good. Cable pull throughs 4-5 sets Was going to do good mornings, but after rep 3 w/ 135, I decided that doing good mornings in a fatigued state is retarded. DB shrugs (per hand) 70's x 10 100's x 10 100's x 5 100's x 8 100's x 8 Stupid gym doesn't allow chalk. Easy though, I've done 135's per hand with my farmers implements. |

Felt somewhat unexplosive, but it will come back fast. Full squat 115x4 135x2 185x1 235x6 235x6 235x6 EZ as hell. Felt like speed sets. Can tell my bodyweight increase is increasing my strength, especially on the squat. My wheels have increased in size tremendously. |
