Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Starting a workout journal simply because I keep losing my paper-form ones. :P haha Current Training Purpose: To lose weight while maintaining (naturally I wont complain if I add a little too ) as much muscle as I possibly can.Bio: Male Age: 21 Height: 6'5 or 195cm Weight: 94.6kg or 108.9lb bf%: No idea, guestimating at high teens. Current Training Routine: Sunday - rest Monday - gym, 20-30min jog Tuesday - 20-30min cardio Wednesday - gym, 20-30min jog Thursday - 20-30min jog Friday - gym, 20-30min jog Saturday - 20-30min jog At the Gym: Squat (ATG style~): 3x10 Flat Bench BB: 3x10 Incline Bench BB: 3x10 Deadlift: 3x10 Seated BB Millitary Press: 3x10 Bent-Over BB Rows: 3x10 My cardio time: I usually do my constant moderate intensity jog an hour after dinner in the evenings. I might start doing it early mornings instead, but previously it's been waaayyy to hot to do any running in the heat (just finished another blistering aussie summer ) as long as the sun is up.Current Goal: To hit 90kg (198lb) and lose my gut. I'd also like to see the veins in my biceps as a sign of fat going down (aiming for abs can come later ). Also as a mental exercise, I'd like to get over any self-doubt I have when doing benching... Don't know why but ever since I started training at the gym I've always had the image of me dropping the bar on my throat damn near every time I go to bench. Not sure if anyone else has ever had that thought, and I'm not sure why I do (I get it regardless of having a spotter or not... but I normally don't)... I believe it's holding me back from doin' my best with the bench...To anyone who might read, please enjoy. To everyone else, have fun doin' your weights Lift Heavy~

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Not sure why I can't edit posts in here, but at anyrate... I did my wednesday cardio and ran 5.5km in 21minutes... Was a good run, felt good and healthy all the way through it. As for today, I walked for 30minutes instead of running. Tomorrow I kickoff on a charity walk event which is 100km in 48hrs (it's done in teams of 4, everyone walks the 100km, and our group hopes to get it done in 20-25hrs), so I'm taking it easy as to avoid any possibly injury.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Monday 10th Nothing special happened today, was just like any other. Went in there, tried my best... Found myself making an extra few grunting noises than usual which gained a few looks from others, but **** it, they aren't in a library. Made a small pb on my flat bench work today. Squat: 3 x 10 x 230lb Flat Bench: 3 x 10 x 135lb *pb* Incline Bench: 3 x 10 x 130lb Deadlift: 3 x 10 x 230lb Seated Millitary Press: 3 x 10 x 95lb Bent-Over BB Rows: 3 x 10 x 130lb Wednesday 12th Felt drained when I entered the gym after a grueling 12hr day at work... Thought it was going to be a really bad session but through strong discipline I was able to achieve all my rep and set goals on all my exercise, as well as making a PB on the incline bench beating my previous 3x10 best by 10lb. Considering I thought I was going to struggle to do the last sessions workload I was really pleased. Squat: 3 x 10 x 240lb *pb* Flat Bench: 3 x 10 x 135lb Incline Bench: 3 x 10 x 130lb Deadlift: 3 x 10 x 230lb Seated Millitary Press: 3 x 10 x 95lb Bent-Over BB Rows: 3 x 10 x 130lb And overall I got my best news ever on Wednesday. Received an 11point caliper test and was tested at 15.5% which is just mind blowing for me. I knew clearly I'd lost weight in this last 6months, but I never knew it'd have come this far. I was hoping for something more along the lines of low 20's. Cardio this week: Continued all my runs this week, however I had to miss my thursday run due to a groin strain I managed to do at work... Didn't HURT as such, but it didn't feel good neither, so I gave it a rest and today it's feeling much better and I was able to go for my run. Brilliant. ---------- I finished a big project that was on the go at work this week so I'm going to make sure I keep this thing more up-to-date now that I'll have more time for keeping it logged. I really want to keep this up-to-date, but in the last 2weeks I've barely had enough time to actually GO to the gym, or GO on my runs. Thought they might as well take precedence over this here paper work. ![]()
