Weight AM: 90.8kg PM: 91.2kg Cardio: Treadmill - 30minutes @ 15degrees - 4.0speed Notes: Wasn't able to do my regular Wednesday back workout... for a couple of reasons. a) my left shoulder along my shoulder blade on my back is still feeling like it has a pinched nerve... Not sure exactly what it is but I've decided to give it a few days rest... Don't think deadlifts, lat pulldowns, and barbell rows will help it much and b) exam tomorrow! been studying! This reason will probably continue to inturrupt my workouts will this time next week when I have my last !I'll do my leg workout on Friday (shouldn't affect my back problem if it still exists by then), and see how things are next monday and wednesday. If my backs still in a bit of pain by next wednesday, I'll go to the doctor I think.

Friday - Legs, and Abs day Barbell Squats 3x7 *up weight* Leg Press 4x14 *up weight* +2 reps SLDL 4x14 *up weight* +2reps Dropset Leg Extension 3x14 *up weight* Dropset Leg Curls 3x12 *up weight* Hanging Leg Raises 3x20 Weighted Decline Crunches 3x16 Notes: Was a great day, just about every single exercise was up on weights, as well as finally moving to weighted crunches (3x20 of my own bodyweight has become too easy! never thought that'd become the case). Felt really quite strong even though my shoulder/back was aching... 25th of June, 2006. Monday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Abs day. Flat Bench Press 3x7 *up weight* Superset Flat DB Press 3x14 +2reps Flat Fly 3x15 +3reps Seated Millitary Press 3x10 *weight down* Superset Front 3x10 Side 3x10 Rear laterals 3x10 Lying Tricep Exten. 3x8 *up weight* Superset Tricep Pushdowns 3x14 +2reps DB Kickbacks 3x14 +2reps Cardio: Treadmill - 35minutes @ 15degrees. 4.0 speed Notes: Took shoulders reaaaally easy today. My aching shoulder I've had for nearly a week has stopped aching and I decided it wouldn't be wise to immediately go back and hit my heaviest shoulder weights. Other than that the lifting went really well with pb weights nearly around the board. This last week of training has been really good in the gym. I've been studying my balls of for my exams at university and as such I haven't really been doing as much cardio as I should - just haven't had the time or the willpower. But I've been eating really clean. As a result of this regular eating and lowered cardio I guess I've had more energy for my muscles and as such my lifts have all increased in weight and reps, which makes it a load more fun to see progress like that. Also, one thing I started doing on my own was when and if I stayed up all night to watch the World Cup, instead of trying to just NOT EAT for the entire night infront of the television, every couple of hours I ate a protein carb meal, like a scoop of whey and half a sweet potato. Not what EME said to do, but I found when I tried to just starve I ran the risk of cheating with anything I found in the fridge - clean food or not. :| At anyrate, 3 exams in the next two days and then I'm on holidays. Will be able to get back on schedule with training then no problems. Even tho I haven't done all the cardio I'm meant to be doing my weight hasn't increased bar 1.5kg which came on a couple on a couple of weeks ago after a refeed day - like normal. Haven't been doing the cardio to sweat out the extra water so I've been a little less dry. Pretty sure that's all water weight so Im not fussed.
