Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | I'd like to hear your thoughts on foot positioning on bench. I've always tucked mine when I'm going really heavy but I see you don't.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | Week 6, day 3 Squat- 135X5 135X5 185X5 205X4 245X3 275X2 (80%) -belt- 330X3 330X3 -suit on, straps up- 375X3 375X3 375X3 *pretty good Bench- 135X5 185X3 225X1 -Shirt- 245 for a set of three. The first onto a 2board, the second onto a 1board, then the third BARELY touch. 275X1 (touched, but too low, and head came up!) 275X1 (better touch, head moved just a little) 275X1 (perfect.....) *for the third rep, i placed a piece of paper with some weight hanging off the end of the bench between my head and the bench itself. It game me something to focus on with my head. It worked. This was SERIOUSLY play weight. I'm considering a 295-310 lb opener. These plates are clanging right now. Pause Squat- 135X5 185X3 225X3 265X2 265X2 265X2 265X2 Done.

I have not eaten more than a few spoons of gatorade mix since yesterday at 1230... at least i'm far enough from this meet where the weight loss should not make a difference. Also, vomiting does not hurt my abs. Wowstrongcore

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | feeling better. Pounded the g2 gatorade today. Three bottles total. Also had a ton of fruit and getting back to my liquid proteins. I should exceed 2000 kcals today, which is a great improvment. Most importantly, I drank a ton of fluid, and did not pee much (in comparison). This means my weight should be getting back to where it was (almost anyways).. I was down to 175 yesterday morning. I'm hopinh to be back to 180.5 by next week. I'm just glad it happened 2-3 weeks out, not 2-3 days...

| Pro Stature | hahah I know man right. Clearly God gave him one gift and his gift was to lift extreme amounts of weight while having to sacrifice having the iq of a fourth grader lol.

| Pro Stature | Hahaha I was hoping you would put that offer on the table. Cici's works for me. Or the diner downtown works.

I'm feeling strong, but all my equipment feels loose. I'm sure i'll be able to bloat up to about 185, but still... Regardless, the title of this log is a lie. I will be competing again at this weight class.

| Pro Stature | T- 6 days until we clash in the IronLion Open my friend! Hope you're healthy and ready to move some weight. Oh yea, btw I'm sorry for posting my last session in your log. I was little buzzed when I was typing and didn't realize what I was doing lol. It's funny because I was looking at the site later that night and was like why isn't my log updated.
