cardio- walked 18 holes. shot 39,34. Golf course played: Columbia CC. Sweeet track. Actually had (2) 3-putts.... just hit the ball above the hole where i could not do so...

working on my squat technique. Not the squat itself, but the unracking setting and resetting between reps. Basically I'm becoming more efficient, under control, and treating each rep as its own set.
