I like it. gonna get strong with it. note-- i'm back on a slight caloric surplus. very clean. making an attempt to up my weight a bit.

conventional... by about 40% strength my sumo max is prolly less than 475... whereas my convo max is well, a lot higher. I train sumo to help my squat.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 183 | I see, that's good, a perfect example of the more natural stance feeling better. People sometimes tend to claim that sumo is 'cheating', I prefer sumo, I haven't done conventional in a long time, don't know how much I can lift on it.

train both. they use different muscles the majority of the lifters in the usapl lift sumo... but you'll see, most of the BIG pulls are done convo (with some exceptions)
