Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | 2008 Colletiate Nationals Squat: 1: 418 lbs two whites, one red for depth (Good Lift) 2: 462 lbs three whites (Good Lift) 3: 474 lbs three whites (Good Lift) 3 for 3 Bench: 1: 275 lbs two whites, one red for head movement (Good Lift) 2: 292 lbs three whites (Good Lift) 3: 310 lbs one white, two reds for butt movement (Bad Lift) Deadlift: 1: 530 lbs three whites (good lift) 2: 565 lbs three whites (good lift) 3: 600lbs three whites (good lift) In summary, I totaled a 475 squat, 290 bench, and 600 deadlift. This totals 1365 lbs. The squat was a 35lb life time PR, and a 67lb MEET PR. The bench was not a life PR, but was an 18lb meet PR. You will see in the video, I didn't really go hard on my bench. My second deadlift of 565 was a PSU 181 record. My third deadlift re-broke my school's 181 record, and broked the PA state Junior deadlift record in 181 by 16lbs. The 600 was a 45lb lifetime PR, and a 65lb meet PR. It was a great meet. The only thing I regret is not knowing my true strength in bench. Here is a link to the vid: i know, i know... the 600 got cut off. I'll have to talk to the maker of the vid about that. I want to see it bad too...being as it was the most important lift of my life.... I have a pic of it, and i'll post the official results when they come out.

| is missing heavy pulls | all those lifts looked super easy. The squat was low as shit. Looks like you had 20ish more pounds in each lift

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | thanks guys. My next comp is not until october. Also, I thought I'd let you all know the 1365 total put me in 8th place of 26 lifters. I weighed in at 178.3 lbs. Also, when I post the official results, you'll see why i went as low as I did on the squat. Many lifters bombed due to their inability to get depth.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | So I don't really have a "program," but I plan on doing a bit more volume than normal. I will be bringing 20rep squating into the picture for a while, along with heavy sets of 3-6 for deadlifting. As for my upper body, Incline bench will be a big piece of my training (on my RE/Chest day) and lockouts/board presses will be done for sets of 3-6 on m ME/tri day. It's sort of an weird upper/lower split. Today... RE/Squat: ATG High bar Squat- 250X20 (Base PR) *done 250 before for 20 reps, but not ATG, high bar. Incline GHRs: 3X10 GMs: 185X10 185X10 185X10 Curls Good, quick little session. 20 Rep squats are great. Make training go really fast. My hamstrings feel like they are going to fall off.
