11/3- ME Lower

Rack Pulls (super low... practically touching the ground... maybe 1 inch):
--warmup--
135X8
135X8 (sumo)
225X5
225X5 (sumo)
--worksets--
315X3
365X3
405X3
415X3
425X3 (PR)

Reverse Hypers:
3X8 BW

Zurcher Squats with a pause on the bottom:
125X8
135X12
135X12

Swiss Ball Elastic Band Crunches:
No real way to measure resistance....
3X12

Sick workout. Almost blacked out on the final rack pull rep. Very happy with the PR... considering I havn't trained a heavy pull in about 3 months. They arn't kidding about stacking box squating and GMs to get the pull up.

Chinese food for the PR. Eating

Can't vouch for the box squats (no box to squat on ) But I believe doing GMs have helped my deads. Although I always thought them more a squat assistance lift...

as for the box squats.... you have no excuse bro! Use plates!

as for the GMs... don't think of them as an assistant to anything except your lower back, glutes and hams...... which are used on all lower body lifts.

Maybe I'll use a flat bench. I don't think we have enough plates in the gym to stack high enough

flat benches are pretty high. That is, they don't go to paralell unless you stand on something too. If you can find something stable to stand on, the a bench will work.

I am using the aerobic class^ (damned spanish keyboard, that is supposed to be an apostrophe) steppers as a box. The stepper platform works ok.

11/6 ME/Upper

Flat Bench:
195X5
195X5
195X5 (PRs, although it is only because it is a new rep sceme)

6 inch Lockouts:
3X135
3X185
3X205
3X225

3 inch Lockouts:
3X235
3X240
3X245 (PR +2 reps)

Seated Rows (Wide Grip)
130X12
130X12
130X12
(Close Grip)

Didn't go ball to the wall this evening. Everything felt light and I didn't want to strain. My bench is stalling, so I am going to up the volume and try to let my body recoup this week. I'll likely max out next week or the week after.
