Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | its the day of..... 545am, and I'm shaving my head, listening to metal, and sipping two servings of weight gainer. I'm weighing in at 193 this morning, which is about what I weighed at the end of my training. I did about 700kcals of pasta + 300 in beef last night as a carb up. I'm feeling good. I'll post my numbers this afternoon. Then pass out.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | Had a good meet. here are my final results: S1- 365 hit (three whites) S2- 405 hit (three whites) S3- 435 MISS (never even squated it, lost my footing and dropped the weight backwards) B1- 235 Miss (moved my head) B2- 240 Hit (2 whites, 1 red for head again) B3- 265 Hit (3 whites) D1- 485 Hit D2- 500 Hit D3- 550 Miss (got it about 10 inches up, and grip let out) * I knew I had the back strenth, but my grip just couldn't keep up. I know what to work on now. 1170 All and all, good first meet. Didn't bomb out on any of my lifts. Work do to for next meet.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | i'm not familiar with hook grip. enlighten me. honestly, I believe the fact that I havn't done any pulling over 500 EVER and very little pulling over 400 in general training has led me to a grip weakness.
