| Amateur | Jan 6, 2006 Day off no exercises or anything I had chilli and a salad for lunch then for dinner I had a grilled hamburger patty, red beans and rice, and french fries( i know it was the onlything on the menu i could get cause it was free.) tomorrow going to the gym working on chest/tri/trap/abs |

| Amateur | ok today I did lateral pulls bicep curls dips traps abs chest military press bench each exercise was 3x8 supps 1000mg of green tea extract i ate a burrito for my after workout meal, had beans,steak, and rice, so i think it was the right amout of carbs for a post workout meal. but if i am wrong please help a brotha out. |

| Pro Stature | what is your bf% now and what is your goal? Your carbs may be ok, but if you are trying to keep the muscle you have, you need to also watch your protein intake (which looks ok so far). Don't forget vegatables and fruits.

| Amateur | ok today in class we figured out our 1 rep max for bench press, mine i am ashamed to say is 135lbs, so what he made us do today was nebraska huskies football weight lifter phases, for my phase at 135 i had to do. 3x10 first set was at 80 second set 90 and third set at 100. then we did the same thing for incline, i had to lower the weight for the incline. just ashamed that i weigh 190 and i am not even in 160's I look big and i don't get picked on cause of my size but i only bench 135. tomorrow we are going to do lower body and find out out 1 rep max for squats. then we did the same thing fo |

| Amateur | ok today in class i did a light warm up ran around the basketball gym 5 times, then stretched then we did walking lunges forward then backwards lunges then we did body squats, did the big 5. then we went in the gym and figured out our max he wanted us to just go 80% mine was 175. since class was short i could only do 2 sets of 10. i had to do 120, then 130, then 140, on the 130 set i only did 7 then i could'nt hold the weight. tomorrow is upper body again. |

| Amateur | today, bench press 3x10, incline 3x10, push presses 3x10, and tricept extensions then after school i skipped practice, and i went to the gym and did biceps, chest, and wrist curls, and stayed in the sauna for a min cause i was real sore from squating. |

| Amateur | ok, i don't play any sport JROTC is my life lol, I am on drill team and exhibition team, trying to get on the PT team to. but we are starting a jrotc flag football team to play against other jrotc schools in the area. thanks man, i can tell I am a real endomorph cause i can actually see some muscles, still dropping that fat. oh got a question what type of carbs should i take after my workout in school, like a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, and my protein shake using 40 grams of protein, some people just told me to mix a cup of oatmeal in my shake and that would be easier for me is that true. |

| Amateur | yea finnaly got some protein, i got if from walmart 5lbs for 20 dollars, sweet its called sportpharma 100% whey, but i am still confused on what type of carbs to take after my workout, i know protein shake should i have oats, one packet is 25mg is that enough. |
