| Amateur | today we did bench press today my max should have went up by 10lbs by now cause each time i do the same set it gets easier. 3x10 bench press 3x5 push press 3x10 high pulls 3x10 incline bench 3x8-6-4 tri extention with a 25lb plate 3x8-6-4 lateral raises with a 25lb plate. 3x10 curls and each set consited of 10 regular curls, then 10 curls half was up, then 10 curls going half way down. |

| Amateur | yo was up yall good new my bench mooved up 10lbs i am now at 145. today we did squats 3x10squat 3x5 hang cleans 3x5 high pulls 3x10 deadlifts 3x10 hypers 3x10 leg curls worked was good got a great sweat going just i wanted to do some other stuff but coach did'nt let me, thats the only reason i kinda don't like that class cause i want to do other workouts. |

| Amateur | ok well i did'nt go to school on tuesday so i missed 2 days of lifting that sucks, last night could'nt go to sleep did'nt go to be until 2 o clock this morning so when i woke up drank a cup of coffe and took some green tea extract pills but i still did'nt feel good but it was cardio today and i probley could sweat this stuff out. so today we did run 8 laps around the gym body squats 2 sets of 15 lunges 2 sets of 8 left and right leg walking lunges, backward lunges high knees skips bounds wheel barrow crab walks then we did sprints until our workout got interupted by a dumbass kick who wanted to get smart with the coach so he told us to get dressed. so had a good workout |

| Amateur | I hate huntsville lol, it a beautiful place, but it sucks for teenagers like my self, its boring, we have no sport teams, its all old people here lol. but it is a quiet place I recently moved out in the country so, I have a cotten field right across the street from my house so I go muddin alot but thats about it. yesterdays workout Bench 3x10 of 125lbs curls 3x10 45lbs tricept extension 3x10 20lb dumb bell that was all i could do i started to get sick today we have legs so that should be ok. |

| Amateur | haven't worked out in a min but did today upper body bench 3x10 incline 3x10 tricep ext 3x10 curls 5 full curls, 5 half way up and 5 half way down, for 3 sets shrugs then that was it had a protein shake and i was done for the day. |

| Amateur | Hey yall ain't been here in a while cause depression,sickness, and alabama method don't mix lol. But better and back gained a little fat but i know i gained muscle but I feel I am ready again, and to hit it hard workout today 3x10-Squats 3x5-Deadlifts 3x10-Leg presses 3x10-leg extensions 3x10-leg curls pretty good work out had a good sweat. Good News My Squat went up from 175 to 215 yay. lol bench is at 145 still but its going up some more. |

| Amateur | ok back again, the wieght training class sucked, cause we did'nt do anything for almost a couple of weeks all we did is play basketball, pissed me off alot be now we are back to lifting again today was upper bodybody bench-3x10 85lbs, 110, lbs 120lbs incline-3x10 push press 3x10 t-bar 3x5 then we ran 12 laps around the gym then did stadiums, got a good cardio work out did'nt have a pwo shake cause of my school but I had a protein shake when i got home my bench went down I am at 135 again. but i have 9 weeks left of my high school career yay, but soon as i graduate i am getting a gym membership at this gym close to my house so i can do my own work out how i want to. |
