sneaky sneaky. That's how DLs roll man, you train them hard... they WILL go up. Too much heart involved for them NOT to go up. That's the nice thing about the squat and DL... if you have the heart and will, you can always set PRs.

I'm not too great at OH pressing in the 7+ rep range, I should work on that more. Benching felt great, I was in a good groove, solid form, and I hit the numbers I wanted.

These 2 lesbians came into the weight room and made out every so often. I feel that this helped with my performance today.

I love training legs, but today was not the day for it.... I'll make up for it later this week. I found my way to the heavy bag today, I'm definitely doing this more often.... really good cardio and it's fun to hit. Speed bag is hard as hell, but I'll get better.
