Benching felt great, I was in a good groove, solid form, and I hit the numbers I wanted. These 2 lesbians came into the weight room and made out every so often. I feel that this helped with my performance today. |

I'll make up for it later this week. I found my way to the heavy bag today, I'm definitely doing this more often.... really good cardio and it's fun to hit. Speed bag is hard as hell, but I'll get better. |
