You are lucky to be so ahead of the game already. When I was your age I could only bench press 65lbs and weighed like 120. The end of my freshman year I could bench 135lbs. I progressed very slow, because I did not know the impotance of diet. I really had no concept of proper diet until just a few years ago. Currently my life consists of 40 hours of work 18 hours a semester of school, and my training. Those who say they do not have the time are full of it. I workout 4 or 5 times per week.If you have any questions hit me up. day 1 Back: Pull-ups 60 reps 1st set of 25 reps T-bar rows 3-4 sets of 10-12 low rows 2 sets of 10 d-bell pull-overs 2 sets of 12 day 2 chest: 4 sets of 10 flat press 4 sets of 10 incline press 3 supersets of 12 cable crossover day 3 Legs: 10 sets of squats with some leg presses with heels only on sled for hams 1 set of 100 reps on leg extensions to warmup superset donkey and standing for my calvs for about 5 minutes day 4 shoulders: 0 overhead presses (injured shoulder) 4 sets front 4 sets side 4 sets rear all with d-bell's extreme control and form for all (no throwing weights around) run the rack for shrugs 150's 140's 130's etc...... I'm gonna cut now and then start my fyrst ever prohormone cycle... because hell... I just wanna see what results I get from the stuff... Otherwyse, I'd be ryght there trying to keep up with you guys on the way to 200... which I just can't seem to break 195... Good luck and yeah man, ya look great already... (only on a bodybuilding board can dudes say that to each other..) Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Did my 10 set squat workout AGAIN lastnight...I also did some leg extensions and some leg curls afterward..I warmed my legs up with 1x100 with 30lbs on extensions. I did 3 sets @225 on squat 30 second breaks to finish my warmup...If my legs don't grow from this crap I will just give up!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | I have done another check on my legs, and up another .25 inch... For a total of .5 inches..From 10/9 to 10/25 16 days with a 1/2 inch...That 10 sets of squats really works guys...I have also added half squats with about 455 for reps of 10
