My man can't bulk to save his life! He's making progress though.. slowly but surely. That schedule of his right now is the biggest thing holding him back... but we all have to do what we have to do!

GRADUATED!!!!! sadly enough I am down to 164lbs as of last monday...Since then I am up to 171...HAHA what a joke!!! We will see how long it will take me to get back to 200lbs

Thanks man...Been a while I know...Finished school, Got married, and moved to St.L...Since then I have been able to put on about 20lbs of muscle....

Now that I am settled I have been training for about two months straight and doing about 5lbs a week from 175 back up to 193..I just ordered some new superdrol...We will see what that does for me....

wow nice gains and i Just started my superdrol cycle yesterday i am now 175 and want to hit 185 I did a cycle of pher-vol and jumped ten pounds and kept them hopefully this works out too. Good luck on yours!
