Holding reps at the top is definitely the trick, thanks davtown Got some decent cardio in. I'm still keeping it relatively low. I videoed myself on 185 and I wasn't quite getting to parallel... so I dropped weight and did it right :/ Smith ATG Squats 135x5x3 Hammer Strength Machine Curls (60 second rests) 110x8x1 110x7x1 110x5x1 Barbell Wrist Rollers (30 second rests) 225 for 50 seconds forward, 50 back, 20, 20 225 for 30, 30 225 for 20, 20, 10, 10 5 minutes on elliptical and 5 minutes on stationary bike. ~110 cals burned Weighed 177.6 this morning, so I'm pretty much back to where I was a week and a half ago. ![]() I got to the gym and decided to do some leg work because I didn't want to work out today. It's the only free day I've had in 2 weeks. Having to drop to 175 from 205 was a bit depressing... but it's just something you gotta do to get form down. I also think I'm gonna do a hamstring dominant say on Tuesdays (with deads) and make Fridays a quad dominant day. I'm always too tired after squats to do anything extremely strenuous like GMs or SLDLs. and OMG MY TRAPS ARE SORE from power cleans.
