Here's todays: Squats 190x5x1 195x5x1 205x5x2 205x1x1 <---I was burnt already ![]() 185x5x1 Deads 135x5x1 225x5x1 275x1 Hyperextensions BW+45x10 BW+55x10 <---PR Some knee raises Workout got cut short because my mom came to pick me up (I drive but couldn't this week... grounded, long story). Alright workout... couldn't meet my PR on squats, but I got pretty close considering I haven't really worked them out that hard in 2 weeks. Deads sucked... I was so tired from doing squats I couldn't muster out another extremely heavy lift. Definitely gonna keep those two separate from now on. New PR on hypers was cool. Blahhh this spring break sucks.

I'm down to 184 lbs and my lifts aren't dropping, they're actually slightly going up. This makes me verrrrrry happy. Incline felt easy, my old DB PR was 50sx5x1, with the last 2 reps assisted. Blew that one out of the water. ![]()

Lots of PRs, I went up on deads in every way. Kinda wanted to max, but decided not too. Kept my form in shape too; got down may lower and kept my back arched. Old PR was 225x5x1 as a last set. 225 was easy after the second set, so I just kept going up. Tried pull downs with a v-bar, and I like them more, but which bar do you guys use? I have two kinds in my gym, similar to these:a) ![]() b) ![]() I used bar A for the first 3 sets, and bar B for the last 2. Which one would be better? Bar A dug into my hands like mad... Still, great workout, hit everything heavy. Question: Should I do traps on this day or my shoulder day (which happens to be tomorrow...)? I don't want to conflict muscle groups.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | deadlifts are arguably the best thing to do for you traps. You could try snatch grip deadlift, that hits ur traps hard to.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | do it with regular deads. The point of snatch grip is to make your range of motion greater. Also, snatch grip deadlifts are touted to be good mass builders, but I have no 1st hand experience with that (haven't done snatch grip deadlifts soo)
