Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | About three weeks actually lol, two of which I couldn't eat much more than Italian ice and yogurt. I've got my diet squared away starting today though. I discovered that baking a couple bags of chicken/salmon is way easier than having to thaw it all overnight and then grilling it. Tastes just as good too.

I seem to be having a difficult time choosing the right weights. I keep going too high just because I feel like I'm cheating or something but next week I guess I'm just gonna have to drop all weight down tremendously and deal with it. The goal on these days is very high volume and I'm limiting myself in both reps and also movements because I'm running out of time by resting in between movements for too long. It's just gonna feel really wierd pressing 35 or 40 lb dumbbells...

People's negative attitudes are mainly geared toward the "bodybuilder" gym rats who are small and weak and spend the bulk of their time doing curls and partial bench presses. You'd be pretty dumb to say the way guys like Ronnie Coleman or Johnnie Jackson train is stupid, as those guys are huge AND strong as hell. |

But man was it hard dropping so much weight. I got a look from this one little 12 year old pencil neck when I was curling and it just said, "Haha I do the same weight as you." ![]()

| is missing heavy pulls | you should still go in and warm up. It will get teh blood flowing. And if your legs still feel like shit you can do light GPP or just go home. Warming up and not working out is good for revovery |
