Weak posterior chain and very overpowering quads is what this says to me. I've never really liked hypers, but today I focused on pulling with the hams rather than just extending the lower back and (gasp) my hams are way more taxed than my lower back. Imagine that. Grip seems to have improved dramatically since last week. Went from 275x16 to 285x24, and 295x8 to 300x13. Calves were cramping like a mofo, time to drink LOTS of water.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | stop squats! I've seen the athletic teams do these and a few guys were mentioning how much easier it was to get out of the bottom since doing them. Literally going down and holding the bottom for 3-4 seconds.

I'm thinking ATG stop squats one week, then super-wide low box squats the next. Lather rinse repeat. I think that'd make constant progression easier to achieve also.

Worked out with a friend who is really good at BB rows, and he helped my form and gave me some pointers. Said my form was a bit angled on the first set, parallel on the last. Felt good. Main problems are keeping hips steady and maintaining a neutral back. I'll do better next week.
