Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Sooooooooo... I'm wanting to experiment with HIIT. I need some cardio, simply for the health benefits and to get into better shape. I want to be teh sex0rz. I think I'll just stick with various forms of HIIT because I hear it's better for burning fat as opposed to carbs and is less catabolic. For now I'm just going to do some sprints in my back yard because it's too much of a pain getting a ride to the gym EVERY day (my license has been suspended for almost 3 months now, I'm such a good guy). After that I'll throw in the use of ellipticals, rowing machines, whatever. I'm a newb to HIIT. I figure a typical workout would look something like... *Warm up* -1 minute light jog -1 minute all out sprinting -1 minute light jog -1 minute all out sprinting And so on and so forth for about 10 minutes. Is that a good cardio workout or should I do something else? Help pweeze. ![]()

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Tuesday, 9/11: Bench Flat Bench 95x5 135x5 (messed with tucking elbows in more) 160x1 185x1 210x1 <-o--PR+5 lbs 215x0 215x0 Seated OHP 100x10 <---PR+1 rep 110x10 <---PR+4 reps 120x10 <---PR *Wanted to do another set, but I got a ****ing wicked throbbing pain in the back of my head, so I stopped the workout. - - - Bench made me happy. I'm taking the rest of the week off. This same thing happened to me when I did 135x20 back in May. I get a THROBBING pain in the back of my head when I really start to push my self. I'm just gonna recover the rest of the week and take it easy. I might test a new squat 1RM Monday, I'll be sure to tape it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 187 | I weigh about 204-207 ish...I gained a little these last 2 weeks even though I was supposed to be cutting I got back on Green MAGnitude because my strength dropped a lot after I fell sick. I have never maxed on squat, I don't plan to either, I got 245x5 and 225x8 were my PRs, bur recenlty I've only been able to do to 205 for reps.

I wanted 300 but I'm more than happy with the PR I got. It was really easy hitting depth today, my hip flexability is improving. Only hting I didn't like was that I was leaning forawrd a bit too much for my liking. I think ,y abs are a weak point that I need to adress more. I'm gonna keep hammering away on the box for a few more weeks then try for 315. I wanna hit all my goals by the end of October.
