| FDU Devils Weightlifter | set up is meh @ best. you lose starting position almost immediatly, and it doesn't look like your using your legs to pull it up. In the start position, you should be semi-narrow on the feet, grip is as close as you can go and when you start pulling, its all in the legs. You straighten your legs out and keep the back position, then you pull through the back and shrug and then sorta upright row it as high as you can and drop under a little bit. What your doing is as soon as your legs straighten, you bend forward to much and lose the position. The bar needs to move straight up in a line. Good effort, I think thats more weight then I can put overhead right now. next time pull the camera back, I want to see all of you.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Squats today. Barx5 95x5 145x3 225x2 275x1 <---See vid Flat DB Bench (for the hell of it) 60sx10 - - - So I did 275... and it didn't go as well as I hoped. Just watch the vid: Looking back, the depth is questionable, I didn't keep my head up, and I'm not sure if it would qualify as my spotter was touching my chest the entire ascent. He wasn't pushing at all, but he was just barely stabalizing me. I'm not really happy with this squat...

Looks like you have the california rack as well. I freaking hate the thing, safety bars are too high, I've almost pinned out squatting before. How wide is your stance?
