Man time as been limited lately.Tryin to get organized for the trip and wedding.All while tryin to get things taken care of here at home plus fitting in my workouts each day and still saving time for the future Mrs. Kali.
Well enough excuses! Today i lifted in the morning i did chest back and shoulders i finished it under an hour. I plan on running this afternoon after work.
I would say i am in kinda a maintaining mode as far as lifting goes although i am continuing to try and drop a few more lbs.I have 32 more days will we leave for Mexico.
I will try and keep up on my journal as best as i can.

Got my run in this afternoon.It was pretty damn warm(88 degrees) but it was motivating see alot of other people out running etc. I ended up going around 45 minutes.
Tomorrow is abs and a double session of cardio.

Hel, its supposed to be in the low 90's today!:evil5:

I am playing catch up here so bare with me
Yesterday i played golf and then afterwards i got in a short 30 minute run.
Today i got in a short chest back workout 4 sets of each. And then i got in 8 sets of bi's and tri's.
Then plan this afternoon is to hit the driving range and then go for another run.Today and yesterday were half days here at work so i had some to work on the golf game. For the bachelor party in the morning we are all hitting the links and i dont wanna embarress myself so i need to start practicing. Then in the evening we are renting a party bus and hitting up one of the casino's and a few clubs/bars and then ofcoarse at the end of the night we will be hitting up the gentlemans clubs. Nothing special i guess its a pretty typical bachelor party but i am looking forward to it. I am also starting to fake bake so i am not burned while i am in Mecixo.

Went shopping this afternoon for some new summer clothes.I now fit into a 36 very loose and 34's are just tight in my thighs.I guess squats are the devil when tryin on new cloths.:crazy1:
Went for a run last night 40 minutes and tomorrow i will hit the gym in the morning. I will log it when i finish the routine.

Kinda pissed off right now. My gym sells keys so when they arent open you can still get a workout in.Well the have 2 locks the one in the handle then a deadbolt.Well the deadbolt is never locked just the one in the door handle.
So i get up this morning make myself a good meal surf the net for a 1/2 hour then head out.I get to the gym and the frickin dead bolt is locked!
Now i am hot because the whole reason i payed extra for a key is because of days like this when its a holiday or when i like to get in an early workout.
They are gonna get an ear full from me tomorrow thats for sure.
They have pulled some stuff like this before i had a key.Once on Xmas Eve a few years ago they posted a sign for the whole week prior that they would be open till 3PM on Xmas Eve so i planned my day around getting to the gym around 2PM only to find out they change the sign on Xmas Eve morning to say they were closing at 12 PM.I was at the gym the day before Xmas eve and the sign was still up saying 3PM.
Its sucks because this is the only decent gym around and it is a major plus that i can come and go as i please with the key.But sometimes they do some pretty shady stuff and it gets old fast.

Well thats my rant for the day!

Pretty good workout.I went alittle heavier and lower reps on the incline then i have been recently just for a small change.

BTW,

I have have kinda be staying away from the scale and my bf analyzer.One because i cheat something feirce on opening day and then that weekend.
My last readings were on April 3rd and i was 213lbs @ 17.9 BF.
I decided to take them this morning and I am 211 @ 17.1 BF.
I didnt expect much and really that isnt that much progress only losing about 1.5-2lbs but dropping around .8% bf is just a little short of what i would expect to have gotten in that time period anyway so this is awesome. Just thought i would mention this!

Went for a run this morning.I really didnt wanna go either. I rolled outta bed at 5:45AM and got dresses and sat infront of the tv for 20 minutes just tryin to get motivated to headout.I think i got vacation on the mind.

Gotta take the car in for a tuneup etc tonight so i will be depending on others for transportation for a day or two so workouts my not be much.Although my brother says he will go to the gym with me in the AM but he doesnt get up very early before we head to work so my workouts will be around 8AM instead of 6AM.So i will be getting alittle more sleep but this also means i get to work later and have to stay later.

Well i just finished my 2nd cardio session today.Ran about 45 minutes and felt really strong although i didnt push myself very hard.Just kinda took it easy and cruised.
Tomorrow morning is chest back shoulders and low intensity cardio on a treadmill or eliptical.

We leave on May 15th and get married on May 19th.Its coming up very very fast:crazy1:
I have a small goal of getting to 207 by the time we leave.Nothing special but its a long way from 265+ back in Oct:nosthumbs

Well 25 days remain till i leave for Mexico.And while I will fail at getting to my desired results in the time frame I set. I defiently learned about about my myself.And i made some huge changes in my lifestyle and the way i go about my everyday life.............Oh yeah and i happen to lose well over 50lbs since Oct:boink1:
Right now i am about 210-211 down from 263-264 the first week of Oct.I was hoping for a BF of under 15%.I fell short @ 17.1%.Although i still have 3 weeks so i still have a shot at 16% if i really bust my butt.

Well this morning i got in 120 reps of various weighted ab exercises and did some low back Ext. I then got on the treadmill and did 35 minutes of cardio.
This afternoon i will be hitting the driving range to hit a few hundred balls then i will go for another 30-45 minute run.

Wow its been a week since i have been able to post
So alittle update is all i can do.
Things have been hectic.We have a garage sale last weekend and got rid of all my fat people cloths. lol I went and get all my groomsmen's gifts. I bought all 5 of my guys Kenneth Cole watches. Spent alittle more then i wanted to but i figured they are spending alot of cash to come to Mexico so the least i can do is spend alittle more on them.
Tomorrow is our bachelor and bachelorette party's. Should be alot of drunken fun.

We will be married 3 weeks from today and i am getting alittle nervous.But i cant wait to go.

As far as workouts my lifting is steady havent missed any days. As far as cardio i was doing cardio after lifting in the AM and then again in the PM but the last week i have kinda laxed on that and only been doing 1 session per day.
Weight is down another lb or 2 and i am at 209-210. I havent used my O'moron this week so i dont know if i dropped below 17% or not but i think with dropping 1-2 lbs this week i should atleast be in the 16's now.
