Well most of the snow melted yesterday so i could go back outside and run.It really isnt much fun at all doing cardio inside.Especially twice a day.
42 minutes mostly pain free thanls to the new kicks.:nosthumbs

I thought about doing legs again to day but they just arent recovered yet.I think i did to much volume on Tue.Although as i mentioned before i was thinking i would skip doing leg twice a week and just stick to once a week with my normal volume.
So today is an off day but i will get another session of cardio in this afternoon.:zoom:

OK i didnt do my morning cardio since i had a doc appointment. But this afternoon I got my workout in along with cardio.
Since i did upper body on Mon and Wed and lower body on Tue I decided i would use this friday as a whole body routine.

Had an awsome run this morning. Not sure if the muscle relaxers and pain releivers had anything to do with it. I took them last night but not this morning.But i ran pain free and had alot of energy.I even added in a long sprint at the end of my 5 mile run. About 1/3 mile long and i just kicked it into gear only problem was my damn dog didnt have any extra gears left and i had to drag her the whole time. lol
Today is my fiancee birfday so i am taking her shopping and to lunch.Then to her parents for a surpise party.Should be a good time and i am looking forward to spending the day with her so its time for me to giddyup on outta here.

Thanks DF! She had a great time although she had to look at her pictures the next morning to remember the last few hours.:nosthumbs

Had a good weekend i got in a run on Sat and took a walk on Sun with the dogs.
This morning i did various machine exercises for abs and then 35 minutes of cardio.
This afternoon is upper body.

hey Kali, keep up the good work man, you have some awesome motivation man, dont worry about the body fat, as much cardio as your doing you should drop that shit no problem, just make sure your watching your diet. I wish my Soldiers had have the heart you have, you would make a damn good infantryman with your discipline and motivation, keep up the good work bro. Ohh yeah im not sure if you know about it or not but if you go to www.roadrunnersports.com they have an awesome shoe finder, I run about 5 miles a day and will change my shoes out about every 4-6 months, since your about 50 pounds more than me you might want to change them out a litle more often. Let me know if you have any questions about pain while running, Ive had them all and thankfully my fiance is a PT so she knows all the different stretches to help alleviate the pain.

Yeah those pains were getting pretty bad but i have had the new shoes now for a week and i am pain free and running better then ever. It's crazy how a pair of shoes make the biggest difference.
Oh and thanks for the link i am sure i could use the help on my running form.Sometime i get tired and i gets bad. But as i drop the weight and increase my endurance this had gotten better.

Good workout hard to tell if i am losing strength with all the super sets and short rest periods. I am enjoying the workouts though. Just kinda doing whatever i want with no set routine besides upper body and lower body.
I think i will stick with this for a few more weeks atleast. I may just go with this till i take my 2 weeks off for my wedding. I leave 6 weeks from today for mexico.

Ohh yeah another thing I forgot to mention, I found out a lot of the pain I was having was because I had a very low arch so it was throwing off my body mechanics, causing me knee and hip pain. I had to go to a orthotics maker and get some inserts made to help correct the problem, so far so good, I have had no pain since starting to use them.

OK did an upperbody workout but i was kinda unmotivated and never really got into a groove. I kinda wandered around the gym and just did this and that with no real plan. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now today for some reason i just didnt have the same push as i have.
After warmups

As you can see i was all over the place with my routine.Tomorrow is a off day for lifting cardio in the AM and i plan on doing it in the afternoon if the rain stays away if not i will just take the rest of the day off.

40 minutes of running. My legs had nothing at this morning. Dropping the grains in my diet this week has started hitting me this morning.I just pushed through it.
Weight this morning is 213.Lowest since 1999.My Omoron has just crapped out because it now shows that i dropped 4lbs and gained 2% bf. Damn thing it worked so well untill the last few weeks. It appeared to show progress every week but now its just guessing i think.

Thanks everyone for the props! These always help with motivation.:nosthumbs
Threw in some guerilla cardio this morning. I actually finished the entire program as far as only taking 10 sec rest periods between 20 second sprints. Although the last 3 sprints were far from sprints.But this is the first time i have been able to finish the entire session without cheating on the last few sets with longer rest periods.
I then walked for about 5 minutes to get myself back together and then jogged home which was only 10 minutes or so.

Today is upperbody.

Thanks PJ!:nosthumbs Although no tux here. We are getting married on the beach in Mexico so its linen khaki's and a linen shirt with no shoes.:cam:
