Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 87 | 4/16/07 Chest/Triceps/Forearm Extensors/Abs (flexors) Decline Press 3 sets 6 reps 235lbs. Bench Press* done 4th due to bench being taken 3 sets 5 reps 205lbs. Incline Dumbbell Press 3 sets 5 reps 90lbs. Weighted Triceps Dips 3 sets 6 reps 85lbs. Seated Overhead EZ Bar Triceps Extensions 3 sets 6 reps 75lbs.+bar Dumbbell Wrist Extensions 3 sets 7 reps 20lbs. Hammer Strength Abdominal Crunch 3 sets 6 reps 85lbs. Everything felt very heavy and I really had to push myself, yesterday. Plateaued on bench press but it was due to the fact that I had to perform it later in the workout due to the gym being very busy. I was able to finish three exercises and there were still the same two clowns on the both benches. Apparently, everyone is doing German Volume Training...I guess. |

Yates Rows 3 sets 5 reps 215lbs. 3 Point Dumbbell Rows - Prone Hand Position 3 sets 6 reps 95lbs. EZ Bar Biceps Curls 1 set 6 reps 80lbs.+bar 2 sets 5 reps 80lbs.+bar Life Fitness Preacher Curls 3 sets 6 reps 145lbs. Dumbbell Wrist Curls 3 sets 8 reps 45lbs. Life Fitness Torso Rotation 3 sets 6 reps 170lbs. Yates Rows could use a little work on technique for next week. I wasn't comfortable with the form, it felt like I was cheating too much on two sets. Plateaued on my last two sets of EZ Bar Curls but otherwise it was a very good workout. |

Curl with barbell 100lbs 6,6,5 I was able to keep up my strength levels even though I had only one meal before my workout. Dips sucked though adding that extra weight felt like a ton. I am thinking of doing two regular weighted dips and doing two dips where I start at the lowest point and only go up to half way point. I tried them and it really stretched my chest and could feel it significantly hit my triceps at the same time. |
