Messed around with some machines and seated DB presses but didn't like how they felt* DB Straight Arm Side Laterals: 25x15/15 35x15/15 45x12/12 *Decided to stop and go home. Just didn't have the energy or strength to continue. Worked 8 days in a row and I feel pretty burnt out from that. Gonna take next week off and maybe just do cardio*

Since my sched will be opening up a lot soon I'll be able to go back to my ol 5 day split. Honestly, I stopped training legs for a while because I had to wear size 42 pants with a 36 belt (I'm wearing a 34 belt now) just to fit my legs. It's pretty shitty wearing pants 8 sizes too big...
