I woke up Thursday morning and my right wrist was bothering me, so I'm going to order some wrist wraps. I have fairly thin wrists/joints and that makes them prone to injury. I'm going to skip the last two workouts of this week and just rest/ice my wrist.

Can someone tell me which is the best of these
