To spur you on, I haven't trained for deadlifting in a while, been all OLY work, and I missed an easy 405 deadlift a few weeks back.

I had a spotter for RGBP. The most dangerous part is racking and unracking IMO. I don't like doing it alone because it can be really akward.

Yup. I use my watch (G-Shock) to time my workouts and that's the readout it gives me. So it would be 1 hour, 25 minutes, 35 seconds and 34 milliseconds. We all know how important those milliseconds are
