in all seriousness, u dont really have anywhere to go.... at MOST you may be 5 or 10 lbs shy. I can barely hit 405X5 without elevation, and i have a raw dead over 500... so u should have no issue.

Wow, hard to believe you barely hit 405x5 flat because I've pulled it for 8. I think it's a mental thing with me. I think I'm just gonna keep pulling elevated for a while, maybe try some sumos too. I read an article on EFS about sumo pulling helping conventional pulls.

yeah, I find once you get into heavier weights for singles, your ability to rep weights slightly lower is trashed.

I thought you pulled 475 for a single off the floor a while ago?

Note: Friend of mine works at the local World Gym, he said he'd let me in for free today, so I went down there for the first time. That place is amazing.

It's way more expensive. They want $50/mo per person and my dad and I are paying $44 for the both of us at Curves. I might try to get a job there, so I can workout for free

It felt real good doing pulls off of the olympic platform, knurling on the bars was DEEP too. There was so much stuff my workout could have been like 3 hours just from trying to do it all

That's why it was so long today, just walking around the place and checking things out.

In any case I'll probably be using this place for my pulling workouts from now on. Friend is going away for 2 weeks so I'll have to make do
