here is the max out protocal i use for pulling: 25% for 2 sets of 5 50% for 1 set of 2 75% 1 set of 1 90% 1 set of 1 PR 1 set of 1 I don't mess around with those mid weights. They can tire a brotha out. Just enough work until you are feeling pissed/strong/safe.
