that's a big jump, and alot of volume in the lighter weights.

here is the max out protocal i use for pulling:
25% for 2 sets of 5
50% for 1 set of 2
75% 1 set of 1
90% 1 set of 1
PR 1 set of 1

I don't mess around with those mid weights. They can tire a brotha out. Just enough work until you are feeling pissed/strong/safe.

I've pulled 405x12 and 500x3 off the 2nd pin. It's not like it's the first time I've pulled that weight before. Don't know why I missed the lift.

LOL, thanks man. I suppose I shouldn't be too upset. My protein is down on average around 100g from what I was eating before, carbs are fairly low too (100-200g range, mostly from green beans).

I'll be switching around some exercises in my split (and the order for some) so I guess I'll be conjumagating or whatever you were talking about in your log :lol3:
