I think strapes can be a big advantage in the aiding of grip strength on exercises were it can be very hard to keep once concentration on the exercise without worring about once grip failing. Very well designed program I am impressed I have not seen anyone do two different deadlifts exercises on one day but me or my brother.

Thanks. I like straps because it helps me work the muscle when my grip is shot or just not strong enough to hold the desired weight for desired reps. I do try to limit using them to my heaviest working sets (snatch grip deads are another story due to smooth knurling) though.

Usually when I do something like snatch grip deads I like to do some conventional deads as well to help with the back growth. I'm too lazy to remove the weight and set up the pins for rack pulls, even though that would be more optimal.
