I felt STRONG tonight! I am totally wasted right now...I havent felt this drained in a long time! The last set of DB rows seriously almost made me pass out! It was tough! Next time I will wait a minute or so between the right and left hand instead of doing them back to back.... :o After Doing rackpulls with 565 I realized just how tough it is gonna be to get a 600lbs Deadlift because 565 is heavy as hell!!! It might have been easier if I didnt do those heavy ass pulls and rows first because I was really spent after them tonight. I got videos of almost everything, but I am not gonna post them all. I will have to do them tomorrow, so if there is a certain set you wanna see lemme know and I'll upload it to youtube.

I dont know WTF got into me tonight. All day i was excited to lift. I was thinking about my workout all day, i just visioned PR's back to back. I took 3 days off, didnt eat good, drank too much, and today was my punishment. I dont recommend front squat drop sets, i almost zuked! It gave me one of the most wicked pumps in my quads that I have ever experienced!

The Db Press's felt heavy and i had to get readjusted to the form. I havent done DB Inc in what feels like forever so I didnt do too bad. I ALMOST got 355 on Dec but I went WAY to slow on the negative so it screwed me. My partner tossed on the 2 1/4's so I tried once more with 360 and ALMOST got that. I'll be there next week! Started some cardio cause I'm not diggin all the new found chub I am carryin around!

I am getting really frustrated with my bench press...actually I am getting really frustrated with my nasty left side stick point. Its the reason I cant press A LOT more weight. Its the reason I didnt count my 295 incline, its the reason I didnt hit that 355lb Decline last week, its the reason why I HATE PUSH DAY NOW!!! Ok so I got 295 up, but it was just ugly, I stuck and kept pushing with all my might, and got through it. I thought my partner helped but he insisted that he didnt so I watched the video and it doesnt appear that he did. I'm still not gonna count it. I dont count things as PR's unless they are fairly clean. 285 went up fairly smooth....I HATE BENCH PRESS NOW! Dips were ok, I hate no endurance, but I still had the strength. I went pretty damn deep on those last two reps. The shoulder SS was tough, I know that sounds funny, but it really was. I was sweatin so damn hard after I finished the last set! On CG Dec all the sets were technically PR's because I moved my grip in more AND touched my chest which I dont usually do, but it felt good on the wrists so I just went with it. BTW-I woke up with a COLD today! I HATE GETTING SICK! ![]() Tonights Vids Incline Press 285x1 Dips 150x2

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | 5:00 pm 95 Mins 206lbs Pull Ups- BWx10*, +30x8, +40x7, +50x6 Tbar Rows- 115x15*, 185x10, 220x9, 255x7 Deads- 275x8*, 365x6, 455x5, 500x4-1 EZ bar Curl w/ arm blaster- 70x15, 80x12, 90x8, 100x6 Standing DB Curl- 60x4, 50x6, 40x8, 30x9 Good workout overall. Its took a long ass time because I'm sick and just didnt have any intensity. I've spent the last two days in bed, so I felt ok to workout, just not good enough to do 30+ sets. Normally I'd do some traps and rear delts, but I didnt care tonight. On Tbars I took W8's advice and used 35's so I could put the grip all the way up to the top of the bar and still get a full range of motion. I also bent over more. On deads 365x6 was one quick set without straps, bang bang bang, knocked em out! My grip is getting WAY stronger! 455x5 was still without straps! That was the heaviest I have ever lifted without straps, and to do 5 just straight amazed me. It wasnt a quick set though. It took about 3 minutes, cause I stopped, took a breath, stretched, regripped, ect, between reps. The last set was 500x4, and I did the first 2 without straps!!! The first was was STRONG and clean, the second one I lost my grip at the very top. I was locked out in the knee's, but I didnt get to pull all the way back and pinch at the top cause i was dropping it, so i didnt count it. After that I put on the straps and banged out two more....So anyway thats a HUGE milestone for me. Since I started lifting without gloves and straps(well pretty much without) the goal was to be able to hit 500x1, and I still havent started using chalk!
