Great Workout! Front squats are feeling awesome! On the warm ups I paused at the bottom and it felt great for warm ups. Leg press's were hard! I went DEEP! Not sissy Leg press's where you have like a one foot ROM. I went all the way down about an inch front the bottom safety pin. I havent done them in a while, but still got some good weight. Knee's were a bit iffy..... I felt little pains and aches here and there but aint no thang!

Last night

75 Mins
206 lbs

Bench- 185x10*, 255x10 275x7-1, 300x3-1

Incline- 195x10 235x5, 285x1-1 FAIL

Decline- 255x9, 295x4-1 330x1-1 FAIL

Ham Str Iso Lat Sh Press- 190x10, 240x6, 280x3

Ham Str Seated Dips- 230x8, 275x6, 300x4

Terrible Workout... I simply had nothing in me today! I should have mixed up the order of my press's for one thing, I went against my own rule because my lifting partner wanted to do bench first. I also got smashed last night, only slept for 6.5 hours, and had to do hard work today. Not a good combo for hittin lots of PR's. I got a videos on the few PR's I did hit.

Awesome WO! I had a long ass day at work, totally busted my butt, and it was hot as hell! I didnt expect good PR's but still got em! I was really worn out after the deads. I went all the way up to 435 without straps. I actually did 5 reps, but lost my grip on one right at the top so I didnt count it, but 4 reps was all i needed for the PR so I'm happy!

Good Workout. The Wide Stance squats are awesome! No pain in my knee's at all. I wasnt sure about feet placement, but I put my feet about 20 inches apart with toes slightly out. I was surprised at how much weight I used, because I have never used those muscle like that. My inner thighs were on FIRE! I really liked it!
