Days like this make me miss all the red writting! I felt unusually strong tonight. I mean I have felt really good the last few weeks, but tonight was different. I dont think I've hit 275x8 on CG Decline, much less for 3 sets. I guess it could be just from not drinking lately and eating a lot cleaner...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | 4:30pm 32 Mins 210lbs HIIT- App 430 Cals burnt What I did was start out with a 5 min warmup working up to 4 mph on a 4 Inc.I kept the Inc @ 4 the whole time. I ran a minute and walked two minutes off and on starting at 6.5mph and worked up to 10mph going up by incraments of .5 mph. Then I did a 5 minute cool down. Pretty damn intense! It not REAL HIIT, but it think its a pretty damn good way to do cardio.

My Knees were killing me! IDK what to do here. I might need to stop with the compounds for a few weeks cause legs and Abd's are the only thing that didnt hurt. I'm happy with my Squat numbers for the night though. I widened my stance a tad to just about shoulder width. I also broke in my new CHUCKS tonight! I didnt think anyone would notice...BOY WAS I WRONG! Everyone and their mom came up and commented on them. No one made fun though! They are just plain black on black. I got them from my friends Ex GF for 35% off and thats the only color they had in my size in her store so i didnt really care. The Chucks are great for doing calves!!! Leg presses were pretty strong for doing heavy squats first. I did the first 2 sets and then this kid on the leg press next to me put on 2 more plates just to be funny since that pretty much made it so there was no more room on the sled. I decided to just go for it. I havent done over 900lbs in a long time. I am confident I could easily do a 1/2 for reps now. I fogot to do Toe raises tonight! I was working out with my little cuz again tonight so constantly stripping all the weight on everything made the workout last a lot longer then normal and I was rushing to get done.

Good workout. Took too long for the little amount of volume I did, but whatever. I felt pretty good, just wasnt all amped up to have an intense workout. I havent gotten much sleep the last couple nights so that probably part of it. I dont know what the hells going on with my weight. I look leaner every day yet my weight wont even get under 210. Oh well, it doesnt matter at this point. I swam a few laps after my workout, and MAN, I didnt realize swimming was so hard. I was tired as ***** and had a crazy upper body pump.

Abs are gonna be sore tomorrow! I did the cable crunches and leg raises different then I usually do. I normally do the cable crunches faceing the stack, tonght I did them opposite. For leg raises I usually bring the legs up just past par to the floor, tonight i brought my legs all the way up over my head.

I felt REALLY strong today! I almost skipped the gym today since I worked all day and I have tons of stuff to do before vacation. Man I'm glad I went! Its great to have a workout like this before taking a week off. It'll really motivate me to come back hard next week. I was really surprised at how much weight I was able to use tonight for such relatively high reps. I was planning on doing some lower rep work, but it turned out that I was just able to pump out a lot more then I thought. CG Declines have never felt better! Dips felt great too. I would have liked to hit 10 on those but since i did the CG presses first I knew it wasnt gonna happen.
