Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | i really think you'd do much better concentrating on the compounds with a three day spilt with 3 lots of cardio giving u 1 day of rest Pick from: Squat Deadlift Bench press (DB or BB) Standing Milt. Press (DB or BB) BB bent over rows (or t-bars) Chins or lat-pulldowns (wide and narrow) Calf raises (Sitting, standing or donkey) Leg curl (Sitting or lying) U are atm not giving urself enough rest - if ur hitting the compounds hard enough then those parts need at least a weeks rest - training them more than this won't yield better gains at all - infact the opposite, if it doesn't work lower the volume more until u put at least 1kg on your lifts every week for 5 weeks, then an isolation (deloading) week, then 5 weeks back on, then 1 week off only compounds will bring the mass and strength (overload = hypertrophy) |
