| is missing heavy pulls | no problem today I felt shitty. Was unmotivated to go to the gym. Had a late night didnt sleep much. But i went anyways was tired and felt like shit the whole time, but I still manged to put up some nice numbers Safety Squat Bar Low Box Squats 80x10 175x5 265x2 285x2x7 Cambered Bar Good Mornings 65x5 165x5 255x5 295x5 305x5 PR GHRs bw+10x8 for 4 sets this is my third and 6th set

| is missing heavy pulls | i was tired and felt crappy all day. I slept all day woke up to eat once. Woke up at 5:00 pm went to the gym at 6:30 was still very tired. Didnt know how it was going to go High Box Squats 45x10 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 *briefs on* 315x3 365x3 easy 405x3 easy 425x2 still learning the suit... First time in it should have gotten three. This is kind of a pr because this is the first time ive done them right. Sitting back and releasing the hips knees wrapped 455x1 PR Pulls from 2 inch block 135x1 225x1 315x1 405x1 465x1 505x1 PR *suit on straps up* 555x0 just out of it. way to tired could get it fresh and will get it next week GHR bwx5 bw+25x5 for 4 sets PR

As for releasing the hips I was doing touch and go box squats, but the best way to overload the glutes and hams is to sit back as far as you can and release the hips and then explode up.
