no problem

today I felt shitty. Was unmotivated to go to the gym. Had a late night didnt sleep much. But i went anyways was tired and felt like shit the whole time, but I still manged to put up some nice numbers

i was tired and felt crappy all day. I slept all day woke up to eat once. Woke up at 5:00 pm went to the gym at 6:30 was still very tired. Didnt know how it was going to go

The suit was really stiff and getting use to sitting back and the hip support. Feeling out the grove of the suit etc..

As for releasing the hips I was doing touch and go box squats, but the best way to overload the glutes and hams is to sit back as far as you can and release the hips and then explode up.
