I really need to get use to that much weight on my back. If i can mid 500s is very possible. Mid 5's should be possible I cant use my katana in my meet because its illegal(back open) I am looking for a cheap used single ply shirt I am debating on getting a deadlift suit. I found a used one for 50. Not sure if i should pick it up |
