I cant just cut out all the bad foods at once so I am going to post my diet here so I have motivation to stay eating clean. Hopefully by next week my diet will be very clean. so todays diet was okay, not the best, but a start Meal 1: 3 sausages 2 cups whole milk Meal 2: A bunch of almonds(around 2 handfuls) A protein Shake Creatine Meal 3: ~9 oz Roast Beef half a cup of cooked spinach 1 cup strawberry milk Meal 4: Ham, salami, and cheese sandwich (about 4-5 oz ham 1 oz salami, 1 oz provolone cheese) LAX PRACTICE Meal 5: 2-3 oz sharp cheddar cheese 2-3 oz pepper jack cheese 20ish jelly beans some dove choclate Meal 6: 6-8 oz meatloaf Brussels sprouts Meal 7: 1 Resse's Klondike Bar 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter 1/2 cup whole milk Creatine/Multi/ZMA/Fish oil I need to get more fishoil

Nice and slow. Doing chins like this is a lot harder then it sounds A) DB Cuban Press: Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Tempo: 4020 Weight: 15 Rest Interval: 60 seconds, during which you should stretch the pecs, lats, and anterior deltoids. B) L-Lateral Raise Sets: 1 Reps: 8 Tempo: 3020 Weight: 15 Note: This exercise should be performed immediately after the last set of Cuban presses only. Rest 60 seconds after the set and then proceed to C1. C1) Side Lying Dumbbell Abduction to 45° Sets: 2 Reps: 12 Tempo: 3022 Weight: 15 Note: Start with your non-dominant arm. Without resting, proceed immediately to C2 with the same arm. C2) External Rotation Sets: 2 Reps: 10 Tempo: 3022 Weight: #1 Band Note: Without resting, return to C1 and repeat superset with the other arm. My bench has sucked since wrestling and I decided what I'm going to do No more missing weights. I have to get my confidence up work up to heavy single every week regular flat bench then add boards week 1 4 board week 2 3 board week 3 2 board week 4: 1 board week 5: deload depending on how I feel Ill either do triples or singles
