My right ankle is already messed up then some light lifting Box Squats 215x2x6 SUPERSET Incline DB Bench 65x12 75x12x2 Face Pulls #3 and #1 bandx12x3 /SUPERSET DB lateral Rises 15x12x2

| is missing heavy pulls | November 23 Indoor Soccer for about an hour 5 minute rest then in the wrestling room Warmup Circuitx3 25 pushups 25 crunches 15 burpees Drilling for about and hour and a half Then live wrestling for about a half hour 1 min. wrestle 1 min rest November 24 Scrimmage I won both my matches. we wrestled 6 min. no mater if we pinned the guy or not. I pinned one guy 5 times and the other 4. I am still really out of shape! Its horrible November 25 Rest FINALLY

Worked on my ankles foam rolled and did mobility work 12/3 Really hard practice 900 m Run 100 m sprint followed by 100 m jog is 1 rep I did 10 Warmup Circuitx3 25 pushups 25 crunches 15 burpees Drilling for about and hour and a half Then live wrestling for about a half hour 30 second goes about 5 seconds of rest Then a 25 minute circuit multiple exercises including Partner squats elevated pushups Leg downs bycicles 6 inches burpees pushups crunches pullups arm circles 12/4 Off got my physical some notes Height 6' Weight 216 lbs Blood pressure 120/70 (is this good/bad let me know?) Got a flue shot and some other shot. then I did some foam rolling ankle work(mobility calf stretching band work.) and mobility work 12/5 Snow practice canceled I lifted instead. I think school will get canceled tomorrow which means I get an extra pound for the tournament meaning I can weigh 216. Now I think with 3 days off from practice weight may become an issue so tomorrow I have to check my weight in the morning and eat accordingly. Maybe even go for a run. I want to be under so I can eat willingly at the tournament.
