| is missing heavy pulls | played in a lacrosse game tuesday Today did legs front squat 45x5 85x5 135x5 185x3 225x1 295x1 275x1 275x1 PR Split Squats 75lbs dbs in each handx6 x8 x8 PR Romanian Deadlifts 275x7 My strength out of the hole on front squats SUCKS id go down hit parallel and attempt to go back up and end up stalling for about 3 seconds go up about an inch or two extremely slow then blast up like nothing was on my back Tweaked my back on the 7th rep of romanian deadlifts. My lower back was straight so I am not sure why.
